In this demo line you can find different products and technologies, there are some handling equipment, as loader-unloader and conveyors, a labelling machine with 2 printers and 2 heads, for high volume production and for a full traceability process; an insertion machine with pressfit technology permits to assembly in an automatic way, the shields on PCB, but it’s suitable for a wide range of components.

The ICT and OBP machine is an in-line testing system, with high performances, and configurable for each testing request, this can be 1 core till 4 cores, for high production volumes. The laser marking machine permits to mark the PCB for traceability and fool proof after test, this technology is complementary with labelling, and give a high flexibility and with high performances in grading and quality. These modules are part of Seica Automation’s product lines.
